Return Policy

Align Massage Therapy accepts returns of all products for 30 days following the receipt of your order. The return address is as follows; Align Massage Therapy 108 Johnson Hollow Dayton, Washington 99328. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is not needed, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. 1) Either hand deliver or Package and ship your items to Align Massage Therapy, 108 Johnson Hollow Dayton, Washington 99328
2) Email Kahla@alignmassage.care your order and tracking number to notify us that you have returned your unopened product within the 30-day time limit.
3) Upon receipt of your package, Align Massage Therapy will inspect the return and approve or deny the refund request.
4) A refund for the unopened product will be issued if accepted, and you will receive an email confirmation stating the refund details. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your bank account statement.

All CBD Clinic products purchased via retail at Align Massage Therapy, require your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Align Massage Therapy will only accept returns from purchases made via the website alignmassage.care or in person.
